PVS Builders & Developers-the KTC Group’s venture is named after the founder of the group Late P V Sami whose clear and far sighted vision and dynamism has helped it to build up a fine reputation among all the discerning public. With a single-minded dedication, he let the seeds of his vision germinate with great planning and foresight. The period since 1991, saw the gradual transformation of the fledgling firm into a well known construction firm under the vibrant leadership of the illustrious family.
